Need math support? Math teachers and tutors are available for help every Wednesday after school from 3-4 pm in the library. Don't forget to add yourself to the equation! 

The Ontario Universities' Regional Fair is on October 13, 2026, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Portsmouth Olympic Harbour, Marina in the Sailroom. This event is a great way to talk to representatives from different universities. It is never too early to start planning Lancers! 

Anyone interested in playing some Ultimate Frisbee pick-up, we will meet out on the field on Tuesdays at lunch until the snow flies. 

Attention Writer's Club members- just a reminder that we are NOT meeting today, and will instead meet on Wednesday. Always check the google classroom for updates! 

Congratulations to the LCVI Trivia Team who competed in their first tournament at FSS on Saturday! You put points on the board in every game and overcame learning curves. We will practice on Tuesday at lunch! 

School photos are in! If you do not have a first-period class, your photos are in the main office. Please come and collect them.

Have you ever considered a career in the military? The Army Reserve Co-Op Program is an excellent opportunity to see if you would like to pursue this as a possible career option. It is a paid co-op and you can get 4 credits during semester 2. If you would like more information about the Canadian Army co-op program, come to student services to pick up the brochure.

Photo retake day is this Friday, October 9th. Come prepared to get your photo taken if you missed picture day, or if you just want a second chance at getting the perfect picture!

Anyone interested in haunted hallway, there will be a meeting THIS Thursday October 8 at lunch in the Drama room 

Attention students: as a result of student behavior and garbage left behind, the gym mezzanine and bleachers area of the gym are now off limits at lunch time. No students will be allowed to eat or hang out there during the lunch hour. 

Wellness Club meets today at lunch in the drama room. All are welcome! 

Mathletes Unite! Meeting this Thursday at lunch in Room 235 to discuss upcoming competitions and Waterloo contests. Bring your lunch and we'll go over all the math opportunities on the horizon.

The senior boy’s volleyball team played a tough game last night against Bayridge, but overall had a great performance with many excellent blocks and serves. MVP shout-out to Jayden who had several powerful blocks and hits. The team would like to thank Cal, who played up last night as a setter and had a truly phenomenal game. Lastly, coaches would like to recognize Alvero and Ankit who were MVPs last week for their strong performances against Marie Rivier and GREC. Way to go Lancers!

Shoutout to the Junior Boys’ volleyball team for an outstanding game against Regi last night! The Lancers battled hard, pushing the match to 5 sets with powerful hits, dynamite serves, and big blocks. MVP Shoutout to James. He earned Player of the Game honours for his all-around effort! He covered the court, passed with confidence, and brought the energy and encouragement his teammates needed. Go Lancers!

Attention Tech Crew - Important meeting in the Cafeteria at lunch today. This meeting is for ALL tech crew members.

Shoutout to the Senior Boys’ volleyball team for a strong performance against Regi last night! The Lancers demonstrated solid net play, had powerful serves, smart sets, and great teamwork throughout the match. MVP Shoutout to Ian, who earned Player of the Game honours for his all-around contribution! He worked hard defensively and made key passes. Great Job Lancers!
