Attention Health and Wellness SHSM students, especially Grade 12’s! This is your final certification call! Don’t miss your Mindfulness and Stress Management Certification happening April 30th during periods 3 and 4 in the lower library. This is an in-person session, so come ready to relax, reset, and recharge. Wear something comfortable and bring a water bottle—you’ll want it. Grade 12’s, this is your last chance to complete your certification requirements, don’t miss it! See you there!

The Gender & Sexuality Alliance, GSA, will meet today at lunch in room 107. All 2SLGBTQIA+ students, friends and allies, are welcome to join.

Last night the senior boys took on Mille-Iles. The boys played hard but fell short losing 4-2 with both goals coming from Omar.

There will be a brief but very important track meeting today at lunch in room 132. We will be confirming entries for the Legacy track meet and giving a few other reminders!

The junior boys soccer team played Mille Iles Secondary last night, and came away with a big win, thanks to great passing, relentless pressure, and solid defense. Great work, Lancers! Our next practice is Wednesday after school.

Congratulations to the girl’s soccer team on winning their first game of the season yesterday against Ernestown! The score of the game was 5-0 with goals scored by Grace Rooney, Zoe Nicholson, and Madison Shaw. MVPs of the game are Freja Hagberg and Sara Perkovic for their outstanding defensive play all game.
